Clevatess Anime Reveals New Visual, Cast, 2025 Release Date

Clevatess anime has revealed a new key visual, along with an additional cast member and a 2025 release date. The anime was announced in July with a teaser visual and trailer, and it is adapting the manga by Yuji Iwahara, who is also known as the creator of King of Thorn and Dimension W. Studio Lay-duce is animating.

The full title of the work is Clevatess: Maju no O to Akago to Shikabane no Yusha (Clevatess: The King of Devil Beasts, The Baby and the Brave of Undead). The new cast member is Saya Aizawa as the baby, Luna. She is present in the new visual together with the main characters.

The main voice cast now consists of:

• Yuichi Nakamura as Clevatess
• Haruka Shiraishi as Alicia
• Mutsumi Tamura as Clen
• Saya Aizawa as Luna

Saya Aizawa commented on her role: “I will be voicing the ‘baby’ mentioned in the title. To begin with, I started by spending a lot of time with babies. It was a challenge to balance the grim and realistic world with the charming movements of an animated baby, but I worked closely with the director to finalize the approach. In such a harsh world, how does this powerless baby become part of the story? Who is Luna? I hope everyone looks forward to the broadcast.”

The main staff members for the Clevatess anime include Kiyotaka Taguchi as the director, Keigo Koyanagi in charge of the series composition, Soichiro Sako as the character designer and Nobuaki Nobusawa as the music composer.

The fantasy story begins with Alicia and 12 other chosen heroes failing to defeat the Demon Lord, Clevatess. This failure brings about a crisis that endangers many lives, and the story unfolds when Klevates is entrusted with a baby after attacking the capital city.
