COLORFUL STAGE The Movie: A Miku Who Can’t Sing anime movie revealed the second trailer. The movie was announced in July, and it is scheduled to premiere in Japanese theaters on January 17, 2025. Studio P.A. Works is animating, under the direction of Hiroyuki Hata. You can watch the new trailer below.
An English-subbed version of the first trailer was also released, with the global release teased to be coming soon.
The Project Sekai movie was teased to feature a ‘new’ Hatsune Miku, who has not appeared in the game, and she will meet characters from Project Sekai and grows alongside them. It is described as a completely original work.

Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage!, also known as Project Sekai: Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku, is a rhythm game developed by Colorful Palette and published by SEGA. It is a spin-off of the Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA rhythm game series by SEGA and Crypton Future Media, and was first released in September 2020. Studio P.A. Works previously animated a short anime series for the franchise.
