Oni Press continues its expansion of the hit indie game franchise with Cult of the Lamb: Last Sacrament Special #1, a 48-page one-shot arriving March 4, 2026.
Written by Alex Paknadel (Cyclops) and illustrated by Eisner Award–nominated artist Troy Little (Rick and Morty vs. Cthulhu), the special marks a major turning point in the publisher’s ongoing adaptation of Cult of the Lamb, developed by Massive Monster and published by Devolver Digital.

Following the events of CULT OF THE LAMB: THE FIRST VERSE and October’s CULT OF THE LAMB: SCHISM SPECIAL #1, the cult is decimated and its faith shaken in the wake of a shocking and bloody betrayal.
