Delicious in Dungeon (Dungeon Meshi) anime revealed a new trailer and key visual. The anime premieres on january 4 and will be streaming on Netflix for two consecutive cours. Ryokuoushoku Shakai is performing the ending theme song “Party!!”:
BUMP OF CHICKEN is performing the opening song, titled “Sleep Walking Orchestra.” The cast of Delicious in Dungeon consists of Kentaro Kumagai as Laios, Sayaka Senbongi as Marcille, Asuna Tomari as Chilchuck, Hiroshi Naka as Senshi, Saori Hayami as Falin, Akira Miki as Namari, and Shinji Kawada as Shuro.
The anime had an early screening this July during the Anime Expo. It will be broadcast in two consecutive cours from January to June. Studio TRIGGER is animating the series and the staff includes:

- Music: Yasunori Mitsuda
Delicious in Dungeon is based on a manga by Ryoko Kui, serialized in Enterbrain’s Harta magazine since February 2014. Yen Press licensed the manga in English and describes the plot as:
When young adventurer Laios and his company are attacked and soundly thrashed by a dragon deep in a dungeon, the party loses all its money and provisions…and a member! They’re eager to go back and save her, but there is just one problem: If they set out with no food or coin to speak of, they’re sure to starve on the way! But Laios comes up with a brilliant idea: “Let’s eat the monsters!” Slimes, basilisks, and even dragons…none are safe from the appetites of these dungeon-crawling gourmands!
