Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Swordsmith Village Arc (Season 3) anime has revealed the preview image and synopsis for episode 11, which will premiere as the season finale next Sunday, June 18. Ufotable is animating the sequel. The final episode will be 70 minutes long, and its title is “A Connected Bond: Daybreak and First Light”. The official synopsis of the episode states that Tanjiro, Mitsuri, and Genya will chase Hantengu’s main body while fending off attacks. Genya throws a tree at him and Nezuko attacks him. This season of the series focused on the Mist and Love Hashiras, and although Love Hashira, Mitsuri, hasn’t gotten much screen time it seems that now is her time to shine.
This season of the popular anime also began with a one-hour special episode. Crunchyroll is streaming the series outside of Japan. The Swordsmith Village Arc begins with volume 10 of the manga. VIZ describes the story:
For the first time in over 100 years, the upper ranks of Muzan Kibutsuji’s Twelve Kizuki are not full. Angered, Muzan dispatches the survivors on another mission. Elsewhere, Tanjiro journeys to a village of swordsmiths and has to explain how his sword was so badly damaged to Haganezuka, the smith who made it. While Tanjiro waits for his sword to be repaired, enemies close in…
