The Los Angeles Dodgers and Toei Animation have renewed their partnership for another ONE PIECE Night collaboration event at Dodger Stadium, following last year’s successful promotion.

This year’s event will take place on July 2 during the Dodgers’ home game against the San Diego Padres, with first pitch scheduled for 7:10 p.m.

Like the 2025 collaboration held on July 3, this year’s ONE PIECE Night will again feature themed activations throughout the stadium. Fans attending the event can expect a pregame experience at Centerfield Plaza, a ceremonial first pitch, and a postgame drone show featuring characters from the series. The first 40,000 ticketed attendees will also receive a stadium giveaway while supplies last.

Last year’s collaboration included co-branded Straw Hat giveaways and became one of the franchise’s largest sports crossover promotions in North America.

Lon Rosen, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for the Dodgers, commented:

“The Dodgers and ONE PIECE form a seamless collaboration that has quickly made this event into one that cannot be missed.”

Lisa Yamatoya, Senior Director and Head of Marketing at Toei Animation Inc., added:

“Last year was a huge success and one of our biggest ONE PIECE promotions of 2025. We look forward to welcoming a record crowd once again for another not-to-be-missed night offering fans the unforgettable, one-of-a-kind entertainment experiences that are now synonymous with ONE PIECE!”

The announcement comes shortly after Toei Animation also revealed the first-ever ONE PIECE Fest 2026 in Los Angeles, further expanding the franchise’s presence in North America.

Based on Eiichiro Oda’s long-running manga, ONE PIECE has become one of the biggest anime franchises in the world since its TV debut in 1999. The franchise currently has 15 films, numerous video games, a trading card game, merchandise collaborations, and large-scale live events. The anime recently entered the Elbaph Arc earlier this year following its return from hiatus in April.
