Final Fantasy Artist Yoshitaka Amano Draws Shamrock and Loki for One Piece Card Game, More New Artwork Revealed

Final Fantasy artist Yoshitaka Amano has drawn new artwork of Loki and Figarland Shamrock for ONE PIECE CARD GAME. The cards were unveiled during ONE PIECE DAY ’26, where two new anime films were also announced.

The two cards feature original artwork drawn by Amano, who is best known for his work on the Final Fantasy series. The Shamrock card shows the Holy Knight of God along with Cerberus, his sword. The 9000-power character card will be included in Booster Pack Vo. 18, which is scheduled to release in November 2026 in Japan.

Amano also made an illustration of Loki, the Cursed Prince of Elbaf. The 8000-power card will also be included in the November Booster Pack Vol. 18 release.

The Amano cards were among several ONE PIECE CARD GAME announcements made during ONE PIECE DAY ’26. Booster Pack Vol. 18 also received a new promotional video and revealed cards featuring Franky, Nico Robin and Gunko.

Gunko will make her Leader card debut in the set, with one version illustrated by ONE PIECE animator Takeshi Maenami. You can see the cards below.

Separately, October’s Extra Booster “Heroines Edition Vol. 2” received new reveals for Nami and Nico Robin. Their Heroine Special Cards feature artwork by Takashi Kojima, character designer for the ONE PIECE HEROINES anime.

The ONE PIECE CARD GAME launched in 2022 and features a mix of art from Eiichiro Oda’s original manga, the TV anime and illustrations created specifically for the TCG. It has also become notable for collaborations with manga artists and illustrators outside the series.

Previous guest artists include JUJUTSU KAISEN creator Gege Akutami, who illustrated special cards featuring all five of the Five Elders for the OP-13 booster set, and Baki creator Keisuke Itagaki, who recently provided an original illustration of Kaido for OP-17 “The World’s Strongest Warriors.”

• A new LEGO special animation project releasing with two episodes on September 29
• Season 3 of the live-action series is set for 2027, having revealed new Alabasta cast at the event
• The franchise also has the upcoming remake anime by WIT Studio set to premiere in February 2027
• A new game titled ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet launching on October 23, 2026
• ONE PIECE FILM GOD VALLEY is set for Summer 2027, with ONE PIECE FILM BAAD set for 2029
