FX Fighter Kurumi-chan Gets Anime Adaptation

FX Fighter Kurumi-chan manga is getting an anime adaptation by studio Passione. A teaser visual and trailer were unveiled and the series is set to premiere in 2026. Aina Suzuki stars as the main character Kurumi Fukuga.

Yuki Ogawa is directing the anime with Kenta Ihara writing the script. Kazuyuki Ueda is designing the characters and Takuro Iga is composing the music.

FX Fighter Kurumi-chan – Teaser Trailer

The anime is based on a manga series written by Demunyan and illustrated by Daisuki Tansan. Media Factory’s Monthly Comic Flapper magazine serialized the title in February 2021 and it currently has eight volumes in circulation. Volume nine is set to release on January 22, 2026.

The story is about university student Kurumi Fukuga, who enters the high-risk world of foreign exchange (FX) trading in hopes of recovering the 20 million yen her late mother once lost.
