Duolingo and Genshin Impact have launched a new in-app crossover event running from December 8 to 27, 2025, bringing together Teyvat’s Paimon, Tighnari, and Cyno with Duolingo’s famous owl mascot, Duo. The collaboration introduces a Genshin Impact 3-Day Streak Quest within the Duolingo app, rewarding players with themed in-game items for maintaining a daily study streak.
To participate, users need to complete one lesson per day for three consecutive days in any Duolingo course. Completing the streak unlocks an exclusive set of Genshin Impact rewards:
- “Diligent Study” avatar
- “Celebration: Dream Reader” namecard
- “Spiced Fried Chicken” recipe (a Sumeru-style dish)
These items can be redeemed via a code available in Duolingo’s Shop tab through December 30. Redemption in Genshin Impact is valid until January 31, 2026.
A special in-app collectible statue of Paimon and Duo will also be available to users who complete the streak. Characters from both worlds will appear throughout the quest to encourage learners as they progress.
The event is tied to the ongoing Genshin Impact Version Luna III update, which recently introduced the new Pyro character Durin and a new story chapter set in Nod-Krai.
Participation details and regional availability are listed within the Duolingo app. More information is available at the official website.
