Genshin Impact Casts Shion Wakayama as Lan Yan

Genshin Impact announced on the 5.3 official livestream that Shion Wakayama is voicing the latest 4-star character Lan Yan. Hailing from Liyue, Lan Yan is an upcoming playable anemo catalyst-user.

Lan Yan will debut in the second phase, featured on the limited Arlecchino and Clorinde banners. Additionally, she can be obtained for free during the ‘Lantern-Lit Gathering’ event, where players can invite one 4-star character from Liyue. The first phase will feature the limited banners of Mavuika and Citlali.

Shion Wakayama is the voice behind Takina Inoue in Lycoris Recoil, Momo Ayase in Dandadan, Yume Minami in SSSS.Dynazenon, Cosette Schneider/Destiny in Takt Op. Destiny, Aoi Aioi in Her Blue Sky, Ai Mie in The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses, Asahi Amagami in Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister, and Lemon Yakishio in Too Many Losing Heroines! She is also part of other Hoyoverse games such as Zenless Zone Zero as Ellen Joe and Honkai: Star Rail as Yunli.
