“I couldn’t even imagine that Cucuruz Doan’s Island would receive a movie adaptation. I feel blessed as a voice actor to voice the 15-year-old Amuro fighting with Gundam again after 43 years have passed. I devoted my time to my rehearsal at my house carefully for the recording. I found my eyes full of tears when I finished watching the last scene. Mobile suits’ very realistic actions, characters’ rich expressions, the work is truly fascinating made by the director Yasuhiko in his way.”
