CTW has confirmed a crossover collaboration event between the browser game Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest – Rebellion Soul (available on the G123 platform) and the anime HIGH SCHOOL OF THE DEAD. The event, titled “The Deadliest,” will run from August 12 to August 25, 2025.
Event Details
The collaboration introduces characters Saeko Busujima and Saya Takagi from HIGH SCHOOL OF THE DEAD as playable units within the game. Visuals for the two characters has been released, alongside game illustrations featuring the vampire heroine Yue.
About the Two Series
- HIGH SCHOOL OF THE DEAD: Based on the manga by Daisuke Sato (story) and Shoji Sato (art), the series follows students fighting to survive after a zombie outbreak overtakes their school. Synopsis:
Fujimi High School has been turned into a crucible of hell by intruders – “Them”! They attacked, ate and infected people throughout the school. In the school that has become a living hell, Takashi Komuro, his childhood friend Rei Miyamoto, and his best friend Hisashi Igo take refuge. However, Hisashi got bitten by “Them” while protecting Rei, and turns into one of “Them”… The remaining two survivors join up with their classmates: Saya Takagi, Kota Hirano, the kendo club leader Saeko Busujima, and the school doctor Shizuka Marikawa. They are determined to escape the school! Is there any way for them to survive?
