Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Kan Chuhai no Aji ga Shite anime revealed the main trailer, along with a July 1 premiere date. Studio Raiose is handling the animation, with the anime set to have both censored and uncensored versions.
WWWave Corporation’s Deregula label, which is aiming to produce ‘unrestricted’ works like Yandere Dark Elf, is producing the anime. The trailer previews the opening theme song “Can’t you high!?” by Uzuho, and you can watch it below.
The voice cast for the anime includes:

- Yuka Nukui as Miki Kanzaki
- Shiho Kawaragi as Yui Kooriyama
- Madoka Asahina as Ai Natsuno
Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Kan Chuhai no Aji ga Shite (A Married Woman’s Lips Taste of Canned Highball) is a Japanese manga created by Chinjao Musume (story) and Tama Nogami (art). The series debuted on Kodansha’s YanMaga Web manga platform in February 2021. The story follows college student Tsuyoshi as he unexpectedly finds himself sharing drinks with a married woman. As they spend time together over cans of strong chuhai (“shochu highball, a popular Japanese alcoholic drink), the line between casual conversation and something more begins to blur.
