How I Attended an All-Guy’s Mixer anime has revealed the second trailer, along with confirming an October 4 release date. Studio Ashi Productions is animating, with Kazuomi Koga as the director. The new trailer previews more of the ending song “Osama Da-Reda” by Asobi Domei, and you can watch it below.
They also revealed some additional voice cast:
- Reina Kondo as Nadeshiko
- Tomoyo Takayanagi as Chigusa
- Maki Kawase as Karasuba
- Yoshino Aoyama as Hashibami
- Shizuka Ito as Hagi’s Sister
The rest of the main anime staff for How I Attended an All-Guy’s Mixer includes Deko Akao in charge of the script, Yoko Tanabe as the character designer, and Technoboys Pulcraft is Green-Fund composing the music. The previously announced main voice cast includes:
- Mikako Komatsu as Suo
- Shunsuke Takeuchi as Tokiwa
- Aoi Yuki as Fuji
- Shun Horie as Asagi
- Nao Toyama as Kohaku
- Gakuto Kajiwara as Hagi
The How I Attended an All-Guy’s Mixer anime adaptation was first announced in October 2023, with the first main trailer and visual revealed in March. The anime is based on a manga series written and illustrated by Nana Aokawa. It was first published via the author’s Pixiv account in March 2020, after which Square Enix acquired it and serialized on its Gangan Online in February 2021. The series got a 10-episode live-action series in 2022.
Square Enix’s Manga UP! website licensed the manga in English, describing the story:
College student Tokiwa gets invited to a mixer by his female classmate Suo. But when he arrives with his friends, they’re greeted by three dazzlingly handsome men?!
