Four popular anime titles from streaming platform HIDIVE will be heading to Hulu next month, as revealed by Hulu’s August 2025 schedule. My Hero Academia: Two Heroes will also be leaving Hulu next month.

The four HIDIVE anime heading to Hulu next month are:

  • August 14: The Dangers in My Heart: Complete Seasons 1 and 2 (SUBBED & DUBBED)
  • August 21: Call of the Night: Complete Season 1 (SUBBED & DUBBED)
  • August 21: Farming Life In Another World: Complete Season 1 (SUBBED & DUBBED)
  • August 21: Oshi No Ko: Complete Season 2 (SUBBED & DUBBED)

Additionally, all episodes of the first cour of YAIBA: Samurai Legend will be coming in English and Spanish dubbed on August 15, as well as Yu-Gi-Oh! Go Rush!!: Complete Season 1A on August 25. This follows Hulu’s exclusive acquisition of the anime-inspired RWBY on-demand on July 1, and its own first-run Summer 2025 licenses, like Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun Season 2 and DAN DA DAN Season 2.

Crunchyroll and HIDIVE continue to sublicense their titles to Hulu, which, according to Dentsu’s recent poll, is a far more popular choice for where fans stream their anime. These sublicensing decisions may be down to Hulu’s increased visibility, meaning its large user base may hopefully opt for the more niche and extensive anime platforms, relatively speaking, when they want a deeper experience in the future.

Hulu’s acquisition of the recently concluded The Dangers in My Heart Season 2 comes ahead of the upcoming movie, which HIDIVE seems to have also acquired following its special showcase of the film at Anime Expo in collaboration with TV Asahi, as exclusively reported by Anime Corner. The film premieres in Japan on February 13, 2026; no English streaming or theatrical release date has been announced.

These latest acquisitions also join numerous Hulu titles first licensed by Sentai Filmworks (HIDIVE’s parent company under AMC Networks) from earlier this year, such as Helck, My Instant Death Ability is Overpowered, and My Isekai Life in June—as well as The Demon Sword Master of Excalibur Academy, Ragna Crimson, and I’ve Somehow Gotten Stronger When I Improved My Farm-Related Skills in months prior.
