I’m a Noble on the Brink of Ruin, So I Might as Well Try Mastering Magic anime revealed the second main trailer ahead of the show’s January 6 premiere. It will stream on Crunchyroll as part of their Winter 2024 anime lineup.
In Japan, episodes will stream one week early on U-NEXT and Anime Hodai, starting with a 2-episode premiere. Studios DEEN and Marvy Jack are in charge of the animation. C
The anime revealed the first main trailer in October, featuring the opening theme song is “Wanderlust!!” by saji. The new one previews the ending song “JOY!!” by Miho Okasaki.

Kenichi Ishikura is directing the anime, with Midori Otsuka as the character designer, Alisa Okehazama on the music and Tatsuya Takahashi in charge of the series composition. The anime is adapting the I’m a Noble on the Brink of Ruin, So I Might as Well Try Mastering Magic light novel series by Nazuna Miki and Kabocha. J-Novel Club licensed the light novel in English.
The story follows a middle-aged commoner after he gets reincarnated into the body of a young noble whose family is on the brink of collapse. The new world allows him to use magic, so he will try to save his new family using his experience from his old world as an advantage.
