Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest revealed a preview for episode 2, which is slated to air on July 14. Natsu and the crew continue their quest, while Gajeel and Juvia continue suspecting Touka. Some familiar faces will return.
J.C.Staff is animating Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest and the staff for episode 2 includes:
- Script: Masashi Sogo
- Storyboard: Toshinori Watanabe
- Director: Taichi Atarashi, Mio Hidenin
- Chief Animation Director: Yurika Sato
Shinji Ishihara is the chief director for the anime with Toshinori Watanabe as the director. Atsuhiro Tomioka is in charge of the series composition and Yurika Sako is on character designs. Yasuharu Takanashi is returning to compose the music. Theme songs include “Story” by Da-iCE below. as the opening and “Goodbye, My Friend” (“Tomoyo Koko de Sayonara da”) by Boku ga Mitakatta Aozora (BokuAo) as the ending. The main cast includes:
- Tetsuya Kakihara as Natsu
- Rie Kugimiya as Happy
- Aya Hirano as Lucy
- Yuichi Nakamura as Gray
- Sayaka Ohara as Erza
- Yui Horie as Charle
