A Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. anime adaptation by Moe and J.C. Staff was announced on November 28, 2023, with a teaser trailer and visual. The anime will premiere sometime in 2024. The anime is also known as Magilumiere Co. Ltd. Additionally, Ai Fairouz was announced to play Kana Sakuragi with Yumiri Hanamori playing Hitomi Koshigaya.

News regarding the anime adaptation follows the announcement that the first volume of the Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. manga will be published by VIZ Media on March 19, 2024. The manga series is published on the Jump+ app under the name Kabushiki Gaisha Majirumie and is written by Sekka Iwata with illustrations from Yu Aoki. The series has been collected into 9 volumes with the tenth releasing on December 4, 2023.
VIZ Media describes the plot of the manga as:
Kana Sakuragi is an excellent candidate for the job. Any job! She’s motivated and organized, and has a fantastic memory.
