Kirio Fan Club anime released its second trailer, which features the opening and ending theme songs. The series is slated to premiere on April 2, 2026. Skirt and ODD Foot Works are performing the opening theme song “FANCLUB” while the ending theme song “Harmony” is sung by Ako. A second visual was released last week.
Studio Satelite is animating the series based on manga written and illustrated by Chikyu No Osakana Ponchan. So Toyama is the director of the anime, while Aya Satsuki is writing the script and Nami Hayashi is designing the characters. The cast includes:
- Nene Hieda as Aimi Miyoshi
- Shion Wakayama as Nami Sometani
- Gakuto Kajiwara as Ken Kirio
- Yuya Hirose as Mitsuru Manda
- Jin Ogasawara as Hayato Momose
- Ayasa Ito as Satsuki Muraoka
- Fuka Izumi as Seira Tashiro
The synopsis is as follows:
Dear Kirio-kun, I love you.
But I didn’t know…
That loving someone could be this painful.
I really, really love you, Kirio-kun.
I want to eat hamburgers with you.
I want to share an umbrella with you.
I want to smash plates together with you.
I want to go on a journey searching for every mole on your body.
I want the day I met you to be a national holiday.
Aimi and Nami, sharing their thoughts about the person they love—these are their precious moments together. They thought these ordinary days would last forever. But this chain of one-sided feelings is about to change their everyday life.
