Two high-profile VTubers, Kuro and Projekt Melody, have officially confirmed their departures from VShojo, marking another significant shift within the agency. These announcements follow shortly after Ironmouse’s departure and her allegations of unpaid funds, including over $500,000 raised for the Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF).
Statements from Kuro and Projekt Melody
Kuro stated that his departure is already in progress:
“I didn’t want to say anything until it’s finalized, but since people keep making assumptions, no I am not staying here. I’ve already submitted a leave contract and had that meeting 11 days ago. The only reason I still have the VShojo brand logo on here is because they have to remove it themselves… I guess I’m an indie now LOL 👍.”
Projekt Melody, one of VShojo’s original members, expressed her disappointment in a post as well:
“I waited to make a statement, because I’m always anxious and struggle to find my words. But, yes, I’m leaving VShojo. I was an OG talent, put my everything into this company. But I’m beyond devastated at what happened, and I never in a million years thought I’d be saying these words.”
Other Signs of Change
In addition to confirmed exits, several current talents, including Froot, Haruka Karibu, Henya, Hime, AmaLee (Monarch), Michi Mochievee, and others, have removed “VShojo” from their social media names, leading to speculation about potential further changes. However, no official announcements have been made by these members.
Zentreya also left the agency earlier this month.

As of now, VShojo has not issued a public statement addressing Ironmouse’s allegations or the multiple departures.
