Voting is open to 1,567 characters and has been available globally through the official WT100 website, the ONE PIECE BASE app, and physical ballots included in select print editions of Weekly Shonen Jump and Saikyo Jump. Regional weekly Top 5 rankings have been published every Monday since March 16, while the final results will be announced at “ONE PIECE DAY ’26” in August 2026.

Top-ranked characters will receive newly drawn illustrations by Oda and are expected to be featured across anime, games, and merchandise.

The ONE PIECE manga by Eiichiro Oda first began in July 1997, and the series exceeded 500 million circulating copies worldwide in August 2022. It also celebrated the 25th anniversary in 2022, while the anime adaptation started in October 1999 and is also still going strong. As Elbaph Arc got closer, hype was built with new cast additions. It culminated in Yuichi Nakamura getting cast as Loki, probably the most exciting character to make his debut in years and guaranteed to play a huge role in the endgame.

The anime also be debuted new theme songs. The opening song’s title is “Luminous,” and it’s performed by AiNA THE END. The ending song is “That Future” by Jisoku 36km.
