Magilumiere Magical Girls Season 2 unveiled a teaser trailer and a July 2026 premiere date. Additionally, Toshinori Fukushima is the new director, replacing Masahiro Hiraoka, and Michiko Yokote is in charge of the script. Studio J.C.STAFF will continue to animate the series.

The cast includes:
- Fairouz Ai as Kana Sakuragi
- Yumiri Hanamori as Hitomi Koshigaya
- Rikiya Koyama as Koji Shigemoto
- Daiki Yamashita as Kazuo Nikoyama
- Ryota Osaka as Midorikawa
The anime is based on the manga series written by Sekka Iwata and illustrated by Yu Aoki. It was initially serialized on the Shonen Jump+ website and mobile app in October 2021. VIZ Media licensed the title and describes it as:
Kana Sakuragi is an excellent candidate for the job. Any job! She’s motivated and organized, and has a fantastic memory.
