The story follows the cutest girl in her school, Mona Kowai, as she encounters a new transfer student, Medaka Kuroiwa. Medaka is the only one who isn’t affected by her charm (hence the title), and she then tries everything to win him over in order to dominate the school. However, she ends up slowly falling for him as he proves resilient than she expected.
