Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi (The Three Mikadono Sisters Are Surprisingly Easy) anime revealed the voice of Niko Mikadono, along with a teaser visual and video featuring the character. Aoi Koga will voice the middle sister, while the anime is set to premiere in 2025.

Yu Ayase, the male lead, was the first character to get introduced. His mother, the legendary actress Kazuki Mikadono, also got her visual and trailer.

Niko is described as a karate master who has dominated tournaments both in Japan and abroad. She serves as the captain of her karate club, where she is highly respected and relied upon by her club members. However, Niko also has an unexpected fondness for cute things.

Studio P.A. Works (Skip and Loafer) is animating, and you can see the new visual below.

Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Aya Hirakawa. It has been serialized in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine since December 2021. The anime adaptation was announced in July.

The story follows Yu, the talentless son of the late legendary actress Kazuki Mikadono, as he transfers to Saika Academy, struggling to meet his mother’s huge expectations. Her final wish was for him to build the happy family they never had due to their different levels of talent.

Following this wish, Yu moves in with the prodigious Mikadono sisters—Miwa, Niko, and Kazuki, the queens of Saika Academy who excel in shogi, martial arts, and performing arts, respectively. Initially disinterested, the sisters gradually warm to Yu as he supports and connects with them.

The first visual for the anime was revealed in September, and you can check that out below.
