Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid announced on Friday that one of the dragon characters, Ilulu, received a 100mm-tall Nendoroid figure by Good Smile Company. Preorders will be open with the price of ¥7,500 (≒$50) until December 1, 2022, at 12:00. The delivery date is slated for May 2023. She is the third to receive a Nendoroid after Tohru and Kanna.
The author posted a tweet on the Nendoroid on the same day: “The version sent to me showed the Ilulu carrying the doll and it made me glad that they share the understanding.“
Good Smile Company describes the new product as:
“You’re all my enemies, after all!” From the popular manga series “Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid” comes a Nendoroid of the dragon Ilulu, the most militant member of the Chaos Dragon faction! She comes with three interchangeable face plates including a crazed face, a staring face and a blushing face. The Ilulu doll she received from a human friend in the past is also included. Be sure to add her to your collection!

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid is a manga series written and illustrated by coolkyoshinjya. The manga is scheduled to release the thirteenth compiled volume on November 10. The series inspired anime adaptations by Kyoto Animation; the first season with 13 episodes and one unaired episode in 2017 and the second season (Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid S) with 12 episodes and one unaired episode in 2021. The second season was voted by fans as Anime Corner’s Anime of the Season for Summer 2021.
Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga for English releases and describes the plot as:
Miss Kobayashi is your average office worker who lives a boring life, alone in her small apartment–until she saves the life of a female dragon in distress. The dragon, named Tohru, has the ability to magically transform into an adorable human girl (albeit with horns and a long tail!), who will do anything to pay off her debt of gratitude, whether Miss Kobayashi likes it or not. With a very persistent and amorous dragon as a roommate, nothing comes easy, and Miss Kobayashi’s normal life is about to go off the deep end!
