The Fall 2021 anime season is officially behind us, and Mushoku Tensei Part 2 was voted as the best new anime of the season by our fans! There were high expectations from the start, and Studio Bind delivered an amazing continuation for the isekai anime. Back in winter of this year, fans voted it the best new anime of the season, only behind Attack on Titan! A total 32,767 people voted throughout the season, while the average number of weekly voters was 16936 in the 11 weeks. The score was calculated based on the weekly results, as well as the votes it got in the final “Anime of the Season” poll. More details here.

As mentioned before, Studio Bind was founded mainly to produce the anime. After an amazing first cour, this season had some of the biggest moments for the anime. Most notably, its Turning Point 2 episode (21) dominated that week’s ranking with over 15% for the first time. Then it repeated the feat with episode 22, where Eris left Rudy and went to train with Ghislaine. Its overall ranking throughout the season:

While Mushoku Tensei enjoyed big popularity and had both its Winter and Fall 2021 cours rank high on our anime of the season polls, there’s no news of a sequel at this time. Funimation streams the anime, and you can read the story:
