My Hero Academia anime officially ended today with FINAL SEASON Episode 11, which was Episode 170 overall. The anime ran from April 3, 2016 to December 13, 2025, showing Izuku Midoriya and Class 1-A’s journey to professional heroes.
A special new PLUS ULTRA visual was revealed after today’s finale, highlighting the class with Deku at the forefront. You can check it out below.
Kohei Horikoshi drew the My Hero Academia manga for Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump from July 2014 until August 2024. The series ended last year after a 10-year run, getting numerous illustrations and messages for the conclusion. Horikoshi also drew a special illustration to commemorate the anime’s conclusion:
My Hero Academia Season 8 was officially announced immediately after the last episode, and it was confirmed to be the final one. The story left off right as the fights between All For One/One For All and Deku/Shigaraki got to their climaxes. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime.
Fans of Horikoshi’s universe still have something to look froward to, as the spin-off My Hero Academia: Vigilantes is set to return with Season 2 in January.
