The anime adaptation of My One-Hit Kill Sister revealed a new trailer ahead of the April 8 premiere (ABEMA will steam the anime a day early, starting on April 7). Studio Gekkou is in charge of the animation. “Karei One Turn” by TrySail is the opening theme song and it can be heard in the trailer, along with the ending theme “Mukyuu Platonic” by VALIS:
Yuki Sakakihara is voicing Asahi Ikusaba, Haruka Shiraishi is Maya Ikusaba, and Ami Koshimizu is Kilmaria. The new cast additions are:

My One-Hit Kill Sister (Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san) is a manga written by Kanoe and illustrated by Kenji Taguchi. The staff details for the anime haven’t been revealed yet. The manga started serialization in Shogakukan’s Sunday Web Every in 2020 and the full title is Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san: Ane Douhan no Isekai Seikatsu Hajimemashita.
