The anime adaptation of My One-Hit Kill Sister revealed the first teaser trailer, along with new key visual and additional cast information. The adaptation of the isekai manga will air in 2023, as previously revealed. Studio Gekkou is in charge of the animation.

Yuki Sakakihara is voicing Asahi Ikusaba, Haruka Shiraishi is Maya Ikusaba, and Ami Koshimizu is Kilmaria. The new cast additions are:

  • Konomi Kohara as Kuon
  • Azumi Waki as Sophie
  • Yuma Uchida as Siegfried

My One-Hit Kill Sister (Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san) is a manga written by Kanoe and illustrated by Kenji Taguchi. The staff details for the anime haven’t been revealed yet. The manga started serialization in Shogakukan’s Sunday Web Every in 2020 and the full title is Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san: Ane Douhan no Isekai Seikatsu Hajimemashita.

Sunday Web Every describes the plot as of the manga as:
Asahi Ikusaba, a high school student who wandered into another world, is trying to enjoy his new world with his knowledge of games and various isekai trivia. However, his abilities are too meager and he is struggling. He has no special overpowered ability, but what appeared in front of him one day was his sister, Mayo Ikusaba. Mayo had obtained the strongest cheat ability in the other world and is also a super-adorable person.
