My Unique Skill Makes Me OP Even at Level 1 Anime Announced

My Unique Skill Makes Me OP even at Level 1 light novel is getting an anime adaptation, as announced earlier today. The details about the anime are still unknown, but a comment from the original light novel author Nazuna Miki is available.

Because of your continued support on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website, we were able to publish the first volume of the novel in book form.
Because of everyone’s strong support after the book was published, we were able to make the first manga version of the book. The manga was even more strongly supported by everyone, so we were able to make our first anime.
Thanks to your support, My Unique Skill Makes Me OP Even at Level 1 will become an anime. And as I was in touch with the production team of the anime, I am convinced that it will satisfy all of you who have supported us so far.
We look forward to working with you on the My Unique Skill Makes Me OP Even at Level 1 anime!

My Unique Skill Makes Me OP Even at Level 1 was originally published on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website, and was later picked up by K Lanove Books. Subachi is illustrating the light novel, which currently has 7 volumes available. A manga adaptation with Mawata’s illustrations has been ongoing since 2018 and it currently has 8 volumes out. The manga was also licensed in English, by Kodansha US. The plot of the first volume is described as:

Ryota Sato gets the surprise of his life when he’s suddenly transported into another world and nearly clobbered at the hands of the young, pretty adventurer Emily Brown. This new world revolves around defeating monsters and profiting on whatever they drop—food, money, items, etc. Unfortunately for Ryota, he has no skills to speak of…until he learns he has the ability to get rare drops! Suddenly his luck turns around…or does it?
