P.A. Works’ upcoming original anime, Na Nare Hana Nare, revealed a key visual and trailer featuring its main characters on Thursday. The series is slated to premiere this year. Additionally, the character’s voice actresses have been announced and they are:
- Rika Nakagawa as Kanta Misora
- Yuki Nakashima as Suzuha Obunai
- Rarisa Tago Takeda as Anna Aveiro
- Manaka Iwami as Nodoka Ōtani
- Moe Kahara as Shion Tanizaki
- Miku Ito as Megumi Kaionji
Koudai Kakimoto (BanG Dream!) is directing the anime and is also in charge of writing the scripts. Tomomi Takada (Komada – A Whisky Family) drew the original character design concepts, while Kanami Sekiguchi (Ya Boy Kongming!) and Nana Miura (Dagashi Kashi 2) are both designing those characters for animation and are also serving as chief animation directors.
The Na Nare Hana Nare original anime is a coming-of-age story about six high school girls from Gunma prefecture who have different hobbies, skills, and personalities. They sing, bump into each other, do stunts, and daydream together. When the feelings of wanting to encourage come together, their cheering goes beyond the boundaries and is reaching to people’s hearts. With their support, maybe these girls can change the world a little bit.
