Netflix revealed a new teaser trailer featuring “Anime to Watch on Netflix July 2025,” but a notable show that’s excluded is The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity. The anime previously confirmed a July 5 premiere on Netflix Japan, while a 1-week delay was confirmed for several other Asian regions. However, there has been no official information for a global release.
From the Summer 2025 anime lineup, Netflix’s new video features:
- DAN DA DAN Season 2
- SAKAMOTO DAYS: Season 1 Part 2
- Leviathan
- The Summer Hikaru Died
- My Melody & Kuromi
Kaiju No. 8 is also excluded, and Netflix previously confirmed it will stream Season 2 only in select regions of Asia. You can watch the new video below.
Studio CloverWorks is in charge of the animation for The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity Excluded. It was voted as the most anticipated new anime of Summer 2025 by our followers. The studio is also working on My Dress-Up Darling Season 2 and Rascal Does Not Dream of Santa Claus, which are both set to premiere on July 5 in Japan as well.
