Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth Verse has revealed a new character visual and trailer, introducing Seimei Abeno. The anime is the first original TV series by studio David Production (the studio behind Fire Force, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure), and it recently revealed the theme sings by Who-ya Extended and 9Lana in its third trailer.
The anime will premiere on July 2, with Crunchyroll set to stream it as part of its Summer 2025 lineup. Seimei is voiced by Ryohei Kimura, and you can watch his introduction trailer below.

The story of the anime will follow Narihira Takeru, a delinquent who often thinks about a girl from his dreams, Tsukimiya. One day, Takeru gets into an accident and is sent to another world, where he ends up meeting Tsukimiya. However, the new world is dangerous, and he quickly ends up dying along with his new friend. When he awakens again, he realizes he was sent back in time, and now he has to train to protect Tsukimiya.

Hideya Takahashi is directing the anime, with Fujiko Sakuno providing the original story and Akuto Sato developing the plot. Hayashi Mori is in charge of the series composition, with Kazuaki Morita as the character designer and Kitsuneiro drawing the concept art. World-building research is conducted by Katsuie Shibata, and Masahiro Tokuda composes the music.
The voice cast for the anime includes Taihi Kimura, Maaya Uchida, Ryohei Kimura, Kaito Ishikawa, Anna Nagase, Marina Inoue, and Chihaya Yoshitake.
