Oshi no Ko Season 2 unveiled the preview images and video for episode 2. Kazue Komatsu is directing the upcoming episode with Jin Tanaka writing the scripts. The episode is slated to premiere on HIDIVE and Bilibili on Wednesday, July 9.
Studio Doga Kobo (Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie) returned to animate the sequel with Daisuke Hiramaki (Selection Project) still as director and Saori Tachibana (Wasteful Days of High School Girls) as assistant director. Kana Hirayama (Rent-A-Girlfriend) continues to handle the character designs.
GEMN is performing the opening song “Fatal” while Hitsujibungaku is singing the anime’s ending theme song “Burning.” The cast will also reprise their roles:

The TV anime adaptation is based on the manga series written by Aka Akasaka (Kaguya-sama: Love is War) and illustrated by Mengo Yokari (Scum’s Wish). Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump has been serializing the series since April 2020. HIDIVE is streaming the first season and they describe it as:
