Oshi no Ko Season 2 unveiled the preview for episode 4 on Monday. Kouki Uchinomiya (Komi Can’t Communicate episode 5 director) is in charge of the storyboard and direction of the upcoming episode with Jin Tanaka (Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club) writing the script. The episode will premiere on Wednesday, July 24.
Studio Doga Kobo (Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie) is animating the sequel. Daisuke Hiramaki (Selection Project) returns as director and Saori Tachibana (Wasteful Days of High School Girls) as assistant director. Kana Hirayama (Rent-A-Girlfriend) is the character designer.
GEMN is performing the opening song “Fatal” while Hitsujibungaku is singing the anime’s ending theme song “Burning.” The cast reprised their roles:

- Yurie Igoma as Ruby Hoshino

The TV anime adaptation is based on the manga series written by Aka Akasaka (Kaguya-sama: Love is War) and illustrated by Mengo Yokari (Scum’s Wish). Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump has been serializing the series since April 2020. HIDIVE is streaming the first season and they describe it as:
