Rascal Does Not Dream of a Bunny Girl Senpai: University Arc Reveals Summer Visual For Upcoming Exhibit

The previously announced Rascal Does Not Dream of a Bunny Girl Senpai: University Arc anime adaptation released a special summer visual as part of its upcoming exhibit. This is the first of four special seasonal visuals the series will release. It depicts the main character Mai Sakurajima looking over a panoramic view of the sea with hydrangea flowers in full bloom.

Details about the event’s Aichi and Osaka venues have been also released. The Aichi event will take place at the PARCO GALLERY (NAGOYA) in Nagoya PARCO from March 30 to April 14 while the Osaka event will be held at the Daimaru Museum in the Daimaru Umeda Store from May 15-17.

The Rascal Does Not Dream of a Bunny Girl Senpai: University Arc released a teaser trailer and the main exhibit event key visual earlier this January. This adaptation will adapt the manga’s University Arc, which starts from the series’ tenth volume.

Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai (Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai) is a Japanese light novel series written by Hajime Kamoshida and illustrated by Keji Mizoguchi. The serialization began in April 2014 and is still ongoing with a total of 13 volumes currently published. It also received a manga adaptation illustrated by Tsugumi Nanamiya, which ran from December 2015 to August 2018.

The anime adaptation by CloverWorks aired from October 4 to December 27, 2018, for 13 episodes. The series also has three sequel movies namely Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl (2015), Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venturing Out (June 2023), and Rascal Does Not Dream of a Knapsack Kid (December 2023).

Puberty syndrome – Abnormal experiences rumored on the internet to be caused by sensitivity and instability during adolescence. This year, Sakuta Azusagawa, a second-year student at a high school near Enoshima, meets several girls that are experiencing this “puberty syndrome.” For instance, he meets a wild bunny girl in the library. She turns out to be an actress on hiatus, Mai Sakurajima, who is also his senior at the school. For some reason, no one else can see this enchanting girl. How did she become invisible…?
