Roshidere Anime Reveals Yuki Character Trailer

Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian (Roshidere) anime has revealed a new character trailer for the MC’s childhood friend Yuki. Previously, both Masachika and Alya got their own trailers. Studio Doga Kobo in charge of the animation, and the anime will premiere on July 3 in Japan. Wakana Maruoka voices the character, and you can check out her trailer below.

The Roshidere anime will be present at the Anime Expo 2024. There will be an Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian screening on July 4 at the JW-Platinum Crunchyroll Stage, while Sumire Uesaka (VA of Alya) and Kosuke Arai (KADOKAWA Producer) will make guest appearances at the Crunchyroll presents KADOKAWA Anime Panel on July 6.

The anime is based on a light novel written by SunSunSun and illustrated by Momoco. The novel was initially published online as two short stories on the self-publishing website Shosetsuka ni Naro in May 2020. It was later acquired by Kadokawa Shoten’s Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko imprint in 2021.

Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket is serializing the manga adaptation by Saho Tenamachi, which was launched in October 2022. Yen Press licensed the novel in English.

Official synopsis:
Alya-san, who sits next to Masachika Kuze, always gives him the cold shoulder.
However, she sometimes blurts out a few flirtatious words to him in Russian.
Masachika never misses a word of it. That’s because Masachika has native-level Russian listening skills!
Alya-san, who thinks he doesn’t understand and sometimes blurts out words of affection. Masachika, who understands the meaning but pretends not to. Where will their love story which keeps you grinning take them!?
