Studio Bind has released the second official trailer for Ruri no Hoseki: Introduction to Mineralogy (Ruri Rocks) ahead of its July 6 premiere. The trailer shows more of the anime’s mineral-themed story and features both the opening and ending theme songs. An advance screening event.
The opening theme is “Hikari no Sumika” (“Sanctuary of Light”) by Rei Yasuda, while Hana Hope will perform the ending theme, “Sapphire.” You can hear both in the trailer below.
In addition to the theme songs, an advance screening of the first episode was also announced for June 28 in Tokyo, Japan. The event will include a talk show with the main voice cast members, including Miyari Nemoto (Ruri), Asami Seto (Nagi), Yume Miyamoto (Yoko), and Saki Hayashi (Shoko).

Ruri no Hoseki is a Japanese manga written and drawn by Keiichiro Shibuya. It has been serialized in Enterbrain’s Harta since magazine since August 2019, with 5 volumes released as of September 13, 2024. The story follows Ruri, a young girl who likes jewelry and gemstones, as she enters the world of mineralogy and learns more about it.
Studio Bind is also working on Mushoku Tensei Season 3, which was announced without a release date.
