Rurouni Kenshin Season 2 Reveals Preview for Episode 4

The preview and main staff for Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Disturbance (Season 2) episode 4 were revealed on Tuesday. The new episode “Portrait of an Ambitious Man” will be released on Thursday, October 24. Studio LIDENFILMS is handling the animation production while Crunchyroll is streaming the anime. Episode 4 synospsis:
Kenshin and his friends set foot in the “New Moon Village” from which the Mishima brothers have escaped. The village is controlled by Shishio’s subordinate, Senkaku, and the villagers, frightened of violence and unable to do anything but obey him, have fallen into disrepair and a strange atmosphere. Kenshin and Hajime, who had heard about the situation in the village, head for the mansion where Shishio is staying. Behind the scenes, Eiji’s heart is aflame with revenge against Senkaku.

Rurouni Kenshin Season 2 Staff and Cast

Yuki Komada is the director for Rurouni Kenshin Season 2. He is joined by Yoshitaka Makino, who is working as the assistant director. Hideyuki Kurata and Kaoru Kurosaki have reprised their roles from last season as they’re handling the series composition and script. The rest of the main staff for Rurouni Kenshin Season 2 are almost entirely reprising their previous roles as well:

Series creator Nobuhiro Watsuki seems to be working on this season as a scenario supervisor, unlike the first season where he wasn’t listed on any production staff credits. The following is the current cast list for the upcoming season:
