Fiok Lee’s fantasy romantic comedy manga Seven Sleeping Beauties (7-nin no Nemuri Hime) is officially getting a TV anime adaptation. The series is scheduled to release in 2027, with the announcement revealing an ultra teaser visual, a commemorative illustration by the creator, and the main cast and staff.
Serialized in Kodansha’s Monthly Afternoon, Seven Sleeping Princesses follows the third prince of the Kingdom of Rudbeckia, who travels to the small kingdom of Amaryllis after a witch’s curse threw its people into a deep sleep.
His mission is to awaken the kingdom’s seven princesses with a kiss and break the curse. While all seven princesses successfully awaken, the rest of the kingdom remains asleep. With no solution in sight, the prince and the seven princesses begin living together as they search for a way to lift the curse.
