Written by Ken Pueyo

Aimer announced on Monday that she has given birth to her first child and revealed that both she and her child are healthy. As she welcomes her firstborn, the singer reflected on taking responsibility for the choices she makes in life and growing further as a person.

With this in mind, she has decided to leave talent company Agehasprings and establish a new management company with composer and her husband, Masahiro Tobinai.

She also expressed gratitude to everyone who has supported her and asked fans to continue accompanying her on her musical journey.

Aimer and Tobinai announced their marriage back in 2023.

Announcement of Aimer on the birth of her first child and establishing her new company

Rough translation of her statement:
To all my dear fans,

This is something personal, but I wanted to share this news in my own words with everyone who has always supported me and means so much to me.
I have safely given birth to my first child. Both mother and child are doing well and spending our days in good health.

As I welcome this new life, I have thought deeply about taking responsibility for the choices I make in life, growing further as a person, and expressing myself more deeply and sincerely from the heart.

To create an environment that will allow me to do so, I have decided to leave Agehasprings, the company that has supported me for many years, and establish a new management company together with composer Masahiro Tobinai. From now on, I will be carrying out my musical activities independently.

Along with my gratitude to everyone who has supported me until now, I will continue to sing with sincerity, just as I always have.

I would be truly happy if you would continue walking alongside me on this long musical journey ahead.

I also have some announcements regarding my future activities, which I will be sharing shortly. I would be very happy if you would receive them with an open heart.

I can talk about seiyuus for days and a connoisseur of cute girls doing cute things. Fluffy romance and girls coming of age stories always make me smile. I mostly watch slice-of-life and rom-coms with drama on the side. A firm believer of the girls' band era.
