SPY x FAMILY revealed a special Christmas visual, featuring Anya and 2 snowmen that resemble Yor and Loid. The visual also contains the release date for the anime’s first cour – April 2022.
SPY x FAMILY anime announced the release date and split cour information during this year’s Jump Festa. A new trailer was also revealed, along with cast information. Takuya Eguchi is voicing Loid, Atsumi Tanezaki is Anya, while Saori Hayami voices Yor.
The SPY x FAMILY Christmas visual is also available in vertical poster version, which only has Anya:
WIT Studio and CloverWorks are animating the series, with Kazuhiro Furuhashi as the director and Kazuaki Shimada as the character designer. In addition, (K)NoW_NAME is composing the music.
SPY x FAMILY is based on a manga by Tatsuya Endo. Viz Media licensed it in English and describes the plot as:
Not one to depend on others, Twilight has his work cut out for him procuring both a wife and a child for his mission to infiltrate an elite private school. What he doesn’t know is that the wife he’s chosen is an assassin and the child he’s adopted is a telepath!
