Summer Time Rendering anime revealed a preview for the upcoming episode 7 of the series. The episode will air on Thursday, May 26 in Japan, with Disney+ exclusively streaming it. The anime still hasn’t had its North America/Europe premiere, although the sixth episode premiered last week.
The official website describes the plot of the seventh episode as:
Hizuru reads the loop record compiled by Shinpei and determines that what is happening to him is true.
She once experienced something that gave her reason to believe Shinpei’s story. Although Hizuru refrains from saying much so as not to risk being revealed to the shadows, she says that she will help Shinpei. Shinpei, Hizuru, and Nezu head to the Kobayakawa family to defeat the shadows there. The three succeed in capturing Shiori’s shadow but…

Summer Time Rendering is based on sci-fi, suspense-mystery manga by Yasuki Tanaka. Shounen Jump+ online magazine serialized it from 2017 to 2021. The anime will have 25 episodes, split into two cours. Studio OLM is animating the adaptation, under Ayumu Watanabe’s direction.
