Aniplex announced on November 5 that Sword Art Online Progressive‘s character Asuna will be turned into a 1/7 scale figure. The build-to-order SAO figure is open for pre-orders by February 6, 2022 at 11:59 (JST). The delivery is slated for July 2022.
The press release introduces the 130 mm tall Asuna including the pedestal as “pretty, elegant, and wearing a casual house dress”.

The red lingerie with a ribbon and frills stands out with her clear, fair skin complexion. The clothes emphasize the cute, girly aspect of Asuna who is usually dignified, the introduction says.
The company also points out the figure’s good care of her feminine figure. Her slim arms and legs with her well-proportioned body, and her delicate shoulders revealed by the loosely worn dressing gown. Clear parts add allureness to her skin as well.
The figure has two expressions, a normal look and a gentle smile, which the official website describes as “full of affection”, so that it could give you different experiences.
The press release further states that the figure overflows with her charm that you couldn’t help finding yourself attracted by which she is reaching out to you with her cheeks flushed.

Kawahara Reki’s Sword Art Online has been published under Kadokawa’s light novel label Dengeki Bunko since 2009. The light novel released its 26th compiled volume on October 8, 2021. In addition, the work exceeded 26 million circulating copies all over the world. Besides, one of its anime adaptations Sword Art Online Progressive has been open in theaters across Japan sine October 30, 2021.
