The Dangers in My Heart Season 2 revealed the opening sequence directed and storyboarded by Tetsuro Araki, known for his work on Death Note, Attack on Titan, and many more anime titles. The opening features “Boku wa…” by Atarayo:

The Dangers in My Heart Season 2 – Opening

Tetsuro recently worked on the second opening of Vinland Saga Season 2, as well as the Spy x Family opening. He also directed the music video for “Colors” by Hiroyuki Sawano and Hata Motohiro. His most recent project was the Bubble movie.

The Dangers in My Heart returned today with new episodes. Shin-Ei Animation is animating the sequel, under the direction of Hiroaki Akagi, who also directed the first season which premiered in April of last year. Jukki Hanada is in charge of the scripts and series composition. Masato Katsumata is the character designer, with Kensuke Ushio on the music The cast is returning for the sequel, with Reina Ueda and Yuka Iguchi. who are joining. The second season with have 13 episodes.

The anime is based on the manga written and illustrated by Norio Sakurai. Seven Seas Entertainment is licensing the title in English. HIDIVE is streaming the anime with English subtitles and describes the plot as:
Fascinated by the macabre, Kyotaro fantasizes about acting on his twisted thoughts to the detriment of his classmates. His heart was dark until an encounter with Anna lit a spark within it in a classic tale of boy meets girl.
