The preview of Episode 13 (finale) of The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity has been released. Kohei Tokuaka is directing the episode with the script written by Rino Yamazaki and storyboard done by Makoto Kato and Miyuki Kuroki. Netflix Japan will stream the final episode titled “Kaoruko and Rintaro,” on Saturday, September 27.
The website describes the upcoming episode as:
Rintarou, who had confessed his feelings at the beach, makes a promise to meet Karuko again at the summer festival so they can talk properly. When Rintarou earnestly conveys his true feelings, Karuko begins to recount the day they first met, but her memory of that day is different from the one Rintarou remembers… Thus begins a day the two of them will never forget.
The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity (Kaoru Hana wa Rin to Saku) anime is based on a manga series written and illustrated by Saka Mikami. Studio CloverWorks is animating under the direction of Miyuki Kuroki.

Tatsuya Kitani sings the opening theme song “Manazashi wa Hikari” while UshioReira performs the ending theme song “Hare no Hi ni.” Netflix describes series as:
