The upcoming Tojima Tanzaburo Wants to Be a Masked Rider (Tojima Tanzaburo wa Kamen Raida ni Naritai) anime revealed a key visual and its third trailer. Additionally, more cast members are joining the series:
- Kenjiro Tsuda as Hachiro Nakao
- Satoshi Tsuruoka as Satoshi Ito
- Fukushi Ochiai as Fukushi Ishige
- Daisuke Sakaguchi as Daisuke Sato
The anime will premiere on October 4 with studio LIDEN FILMS animating. The second trailer was released last July and the main staff consists:

Tojima Tanzaburo Wants to Be a Masked Rider (Tojima Tanzaburo wa Kamen Raida ni Naritai) is a manga series created by Yokusaru Shibata in collaboration with Toei and Ishimori Productions. It was launched in the seinen magazine Hero’s Inc.’s Monthly Hero’s in May 2018.
The official website describes the story:
“Because I wanted to be Kamen Rider.”
Tanzaburo Tojima, now 40 years old, is still dead serious about becoming Kamen Rider. But just as he begins to lose hope in his dream, he gets caught up in a high-profile crime spree involving a group calling themselves the “Fake Shocker” gang…
