TOKYOPOP Launches Redesigned Website With Updated Features and Rewards Program

TOKYOPOP has launched a redesigned version of its official website, introducing a new layout and expanded functionality aimed at improving navigation and product discovery across its catalog.

The updated site organizes content through dedicated sections such as “New Releases,” “Shop by Genre,” “Series and Collections,” and “Merchandise,” allowing users to browse and purchase titles more efficiently. Genres highlighted include Romance, Boys Love, Girls Love, Fantasy, Slice of Life, Horror, and All Ages, alongside catalog groupings tied to imprints like Disney Manga, LoveLove, and TOKYOPOP Kids.

Additional sections include “New This Month,” which highlights recent releases, and “Arriving Soon,” focused on upcoming titles available for pre-order. The site also features “Staff Picks” for curated recommendations and a media section offering trailers tied to select manga and light novel releases.

Alongside the redesign, TOKYOPOP has updated its Otaku Rewards program. The free-to-join system allows users to earn points through purchases, which can be applied toward future discounts. Members also receive early access to new releases, exclusive deals, and additional perks such as birthday rewards. A related initiative encouraging user-submitted reviews tied to reward incentives has also been introduced.
