The upcoming Turkey original bowling anime will premiere in July 2025. In addition, a specially themed bus has begun operating in Chikuma, Nagano Prefecture where the story takes place.
Pony Canyon is handling the music production while Bakken Records is in charge of the animation. Susumu Kudo is directing, Naomi Hiruta (live-action Seiho Boys’ High School!, A Devil and Her Love Song) is writing the scripts, and Airi Takekawa (“Ippon” Again!) is designing the characters.
Turkey anime unveiled its first trailer at Pony Canyon’s special stage event at Anime Japan 2024 and confirmed a 2025 premiere date. A visual was also released last year:
The main cast includes:
- Kana Ichinose (Fern in Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End) as Rina Godai
- Haruki Iwata (Mai Thi Yoshimura in Assault Lily: Bouquet) as Sayuri Ichinose
- Yuki Tenma (Ichigo Momomiya Tokyo Mew Mew New) as Nozomi Mitaka
- Ayasa Ito (Arisa Ichigaya in BanG Dream!) as Nanase Nikaido
- Hana Hishikawa (Yui Nagomi/Cure Precious in Delicious Party Pretty Cure) as Mai Otonashi
The Turkey original bowling anime was first announced in December 2022. Bakken Records has previously produced original anime such as Pole Princess (2023), Exception (2022), and Joran: The Princess of Snow and Blood (2021).
