Tomori Kusunoki announced in a written later on her official X (formerly Twitter) account that she has gotten married to her partner, whom she has been dating since her student days. As her spouse works outside the entertainment industry, the voice actress kindly asked fans to refrain from prying into his personal details.
Kusunoki is best known for voicing Makima in Chainsaw Man, Misha Necron in The Misfit of Demon King Academy, LLENN in Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online, Shizuka Mikazuki in Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, Firefly in Honkai: Star Rail, Kanade Yoisaki in Project Sekai, Futaba Igarashi in My Senpai is Annoying, Nemu Miyano in Witch Watch, and Mashiro Tsukinomori in My Friend’s Little Sister Has It In for Me!
The voice actress stepped down from the roles of Setsuna Yuki and Nana Nakagawa in Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club in March 2023 due to health issues. She also graced the cover of Seiyuu Grandprix’s June 2023 issue.
